Compliance
Manufacturers wishing to sell machines in specific regions of the world are subject to the local regional trading and quality requirements and increasing requirements in terms of safety technology. In Europe, this is expressed in Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU. Evidence is provided by complying with EU conformity and the associated CE mark, which is considered a “passport for machines and systems“.
